Parts and Service Administrator

Role Overview
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be working within our servicing department, and responsible for ordering parts for stock and distributing parts to Technicians, as well as liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and repairers for watches that require external work. The role will mainly be admin based , but also hands on dealing with the parts and watches themselves.
Responsibilities
· Ordering parts and keeping a core stock of the most used
· Distributing parts to techs and assigning parts to Job numbers on our Repair management system
· Keeping parts in relevant locations and keeping this up to date in the system
· Completing part requests from Logistics, servicing and sales team
· Sending watches to external contractors
· Starting and completing servicing time service schedules
· Communicating and following up with repairers on price and ETA
· Paying and filing invoices
· Liaising with Service manager on external quotes
· Maintain a clean and operational environment
· Creating parts locations when needed and keeping up to date
· Managing workload and hitting daily targets
· Contribute to the general improvements of the parts and operational management
Qualifications
· Ideally have strong administrative/office experience
· Experience working with watches would be beneficial but training can be provided
· The ability to work collaboratively in a team
· Your extremely conscientious and strive for continuous improvement
· You’ll be highly organized and capable of managing your own workload
· Experience in a service related environment beneficial
