Job description
CONTEXT
Richemont is looking for a Supplier Digital Collaboration intern to join our Group Procurement Excellence department.
Within this department, as a member of the Supplier Collaboration Team, you will support the successful global implementation and usage of our Procurement Technology solutions (mostly SAP and Ariba) by working with buyers, suppliers, Product Owners, Group Technology and Group Procurement.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Working closely within the Group Purchasing department, you will take part in several high-stakes projects, while working in an international environment and offering the opportunity to familiarize yourself with direct and indirect purchasing within a luxury group.
The mission is based on two axes:
· Digitalization of our exchanges via our collaboration platform:
· Support of our current suppliers
· Integration of new suppliers
· Deployment of new functionalities
· Evolution and simplification of our internal processes
· Upgrade and maintain our supplier data base and associated tools
· Participate in our internal processes’ evolution (training documentation, supplier onboarding…)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with specialization in industrial management (Operations & Supply Chain) or project management, and you are looking for an end-of-studies or gap year internship as part of your 2nd or 3rd year.
· You can communicate clearly, with strength in structuring the needs of multiple stakeholders and building consensus.
· You apply rigor in your actions and deliverables, and you are not afraid of digging into the details of business processes and activities.
· You are curious, organized, and timely.
· You are fluent in French and English – Italian and/or German is a plus
· You are competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· You are available for a 6-month internship (required as part of your studies) starting from 01.09.2025
