HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The IWC Client Advisor is responsible for delivering a stellar client experience and achieving personal and boutique sales targets. The Client Advisor acts as an ambassador for IWC at all times, with client satisfaction as the utmost goal.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·  Host clients and other stakeholders, providing a personalized customer experience.
·  Focus on selling watches, accessories, and services, exceeding turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager.
·  Identify and/or create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique environment.
·  Find new and creative ways to exceed client expectations.
·  Establish strong personal relationships with clients from different backgrounds and support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts. Increase and maintain the client database by applying IWC’s guidelines.
·  Engage in CRM activities such as prospect follow-up on a daily basis.
·  Handle customer service requests and respective processes.
·  Know IWC’s history, products, partnerships, and the watch industry.
·  Deliver outstanding client service and treatment to differentiate from the competition.
·  Act as an ambassador in and out of the boutique and activate a network to recruit prospects and clients.
·  Organize and execute all operational tasks in detail and with care.
·  Maintain the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Experience:  1-2 years of experience in sales or hospitality.

Skills:

·  High emotional intelligence and general education.
·  Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience, with a strong sense of etiquette and human behavior.
·  Result-oriented and driven.
·  Strong selling skills.
·  Able to adapt approach individually to each client.
·  Open and outgoing personality.
·  Perfect manners and ability to maintain a conversation elegantly.
·  Creative, curious, and versatile.
·  Team player with good interpersonal competence and empathy.
·  Excellent communicator with the ability to develop strong networks.
·  Fluent in the local language and English, ideally with one more relevant tourist language.
·  Applicants with a background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.
