About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Management team in our Florence office. The ideal candidate has experience in the role, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrates a strong interest in sustainability issues.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Provide comprehensive support to Management, efficiently managing the agenda, organizing meetings and appointments.
· Plan and coordinate business trips, including flights, hotels, and transfers, managing related expense reports.
· Organize corporate events, both internal and external, managing logistics, supplier management, and communication.
· Manage correspondence, drafting communications, presentations, and reports in Italian and English.
· Filter incoming and outgoing communications, managing priorities and ensuring an efficient flow of information.
· Support Management in the management of special projects and strategic initiatives.
· Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives within the company, in line with Richemont Group policies.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
· At least 3-5 years of experience in the role of Executive Assistant or in similar positions.
· Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with digital communication tools and video conferencing platforms.
· Interest and sensitivity to environmental and social sustainability issues.
· Ability to work independently and proactively, managing priorities effectively.
