SUPPLY PLANNER

Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva - Switzerland

Fixed-Term 12 months

We believe our people are our greatest asset - the talent that drives us, the collective spirit of our teams and the community that is unique to our Maison. As such we are looking for a Supply Planner to join us in our Geneva-based HQ team.

 

Reporting to the Head of Central Planning, you will partner and work closely with key stakeholders to analyse, assess data, determine trends and opportunities for the business. You are a key player that enable your team to reach extra mile. This is a particularly exciting time to join the Maison as we near our 270th anniversary.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

·  Develop and execute strategic supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production constraints
·  Monitor stocks and flows to prevent shortages and optimise coverage levels by optimising inventory levels and cover
·  Analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and business intelligence tools, to drive informed decision-making
·  Process and rework databases to ensure complete data consistency
·  Ensure accurate calculation and analysis as a basis for strategic discussions for the Maison
·  Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance

 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
·  3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the luxury watch or high-end retail industry
·  Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI)
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
·  Excellent communication skills in English and French
·  Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail.
