Job description
Support the South Asia Regional Marketing Team in driving marketing strategy and action plans to brand campaigns and product launches to achieve business objectives across channels (Retail, Wholesale & Travel Retail). The job holder will be responsible in ensuring a seamless process and communication flow between Regional and local market teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and Oceania, as well as support the Marketing Team on campaign and product launch plan and event execution.
The Role:

Support the marketing planning and roll out of key campaigns and initiatives, including liaising with cross-functional departments on product, website, sales and communication channel readiness
·
Support the roll out of campaign and marketing launch plans to local markets
·
Assist in managing and coordinating plans, all reporting and documentation from the markets
·
Support the development of clear and comprehensive communication to sales network on the Maison’s marketing strategy, plan, campaigns, and initiatives
·
Deliver the translation of content and communication materials from English to Traditional and Simplified Chinese
·
Support the development of event concepts and toolkits
·
Provide logistic and on-site support for events
·
Consolidate and generate market intelligence reports (environment, competition, consumer) for management
·
Drive internal communication tools and platforms in the region to ensure seamless communication in the region
·
Maintaining a clear and organized filing system
·
Process PO creation, invoice management and support accounting processes
Key Skills:
·
Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand marketing, luxury industry is preferred
·
Delivery focused with a strong ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
·
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
·
Proven flawless project management experience and strong organizational ability
·
Proactive and self-driven
·
Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with the ability to respond to change in pace and priority
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory
