Are you a good match?

 

You have a solid professional experience in event planning and execution, good communication skills. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, identify improvements, collaborative and proficient in using MS Office. You master English, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Senior Regional PR & Event Manager. You will be responsible of Timepieces, Dance and Cultural related events for APA region. In this function you will:

 

Event Management & Follow up:

·  Ensure detailed planning and smooth implementation for all Timepieces, Dance and Cultural related events in terms time & quality
·  Develop action plans for international and regional events and share with APA markets and management, ensuring proactive feedback to HQ and local markets. Assist in maximizing the value of the event budget by providing feedback & comments.
·  Liaise with various event vendors, organize preparation trips, and arrange hospitality services for traveling guests to maximize event budget value and maintain high-quality outcomes, to provide insights and event framework for local markets to share best experiences with VCA guests, including clients and press

 

Internal Communications:

·  Regular updates of event information to ensure markets and HQ are informed, monthly event calendar updating and sharing, and quarterly competitors' event report.
·  Share best practices from other regions with APA markets quarterly 

 

Team Collaboration:

·  Liaise with different teams for event planning, understanding market cultures and market strategies, fostering positive team spirit.
·  Arrange monthly meetings with HQ & APA markets.
