Position: Paid Media Executive
Location: King’s Hill, Kent
Reporting to: Paid Media Manager

Our Marketing team is currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Paid Media Executive to join them on a permanent basis. You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across a range of online surfaces including Search, Shopping, Paid Social and Display.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to gain exposure across a range of media activities globally.
You will have a great deal of responsibility from day one, you’ll have exciting and different tasks daily. Join a dedicated and friendly team by applying!
Responsibilities include:
· Daily monitoring of KPIs – traffic, enquiries, sales etc.
· Implement ongoing optimisations across all paid / biddable accounts
· Set up tests to optimise performance including ad copy, creatives, bid strategies and more
· Work closely with our in-house creative team to ensure all communications are on brand
· Manipulate large data sets to support the business with analysis of marketing performance
· Understand and pull analysis on local market nuances to support optimisations
· Keep abreast of industry updates and opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements:
· University degree
· Ability to write fluently, and research efficiently / Strong copywriting and research skills
· Promote effective decision-making through analytical thinking
· Willingness to learn from and support the wider marketing team
