Job description

You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Junior Architect trainee in our office. In this role, you will support both the VM and SDP teams in key daily operational tasks and actions.

 

How will you make an impact?

 

VM Requirements:

·  Support the VM team in handling the wholesale channel 
·  Manage all VM administrative aspects with Boutiques and dealers (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, invoices check, wholesale Orders of institutional PLV boutiques & communications, wholesale VM Monthly Cycle order)
·  Create VM reporting for new openings, special events/activations
·  Contribute to enrich VM yammer pages and the internal tools
·  Collaborate with VM team on CSR projects 

 

SDP Requirements:

·  Support the SDP team in Boutique Maintenances whole process
·  Manage all SDP administrative aspects with Boutiques and espaces (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, invoices check, suppliers follow up, site surveys during and after works)
·  Manage all administrative aspects with espaces 
·  Create SDP reporting and presentations on new openings
·  Contribute to enrich the SDP Yammer pages and internal tools

·  Good knowledge on excel, power point, power BI, SAP, AutoCAD
