Primary Duties

The Jeweler will report to the Workshop Manager and will be responsible for managing the jewelry operations at our Richemont Service Centre in Riyadh.

His\Her main responsibility will be to carry out repairs as a jeweler and to effectively coordinate the daily operations in the workshop. In his role, he/she will work closely with the administration team to support jeweler-related queries and assist the Workshop Manager in optimizing team performance, supporting individual development and aligning resources with objectives in terms of quality, service, lead time and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Perform jewelry repairs in accordance with brand guidelines for quality and lead time: follow repair procedures and complete assigned tasks, including repairing various jewelry defects, resizing rings, and polishing.
·  Assign repairs to jewelers based on their skills, handle team-related issues, liaise with administration team, monitor spare parts, track repair progress, ensure quality, and manage tools and equipment.
·  Report technical issues, maintain tools, promote quality to avoid repeating mistakes, ensure cleanliness and participate in continuous improvement meetings.
·  Focus on improving repair procedures and monitoring overall performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

Jeweler with 3 years experience minimum in the luxury industry and fluent in English.

The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus, a desire for learning, teamwork, engagement, communication skills, and the ability to handle conflicts respectfully.
