KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the voice of IWC Schaffhausen, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to support retention and brand loyalty. While advising via phone and web-based channels, you are responsible for upholding an excellent level of customer experience that coincides with the reputation our Brand detains in the region.
Aside from being the expert advisor for our customers, you will apply your commercial skills to identify sales opportunities, maintain the interest and engagement of our customers at the highest level.
In short:
· You are the main point of contact for our customers across a variety of contact channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, messaging apps) - B2C
· You are building and retaining your own e-boutique customer portfolio
· You are engaging with customers and prospects via clienteling activities
· You collaborate closely with our network of retail boutiques
· You bring value to our customers with top-level customer experience skills
· You will master the extensive yet intriguing product portfolio and craftmanship knowledge of the Brand
YOUR PROFILE:
We seek a good team player, flexible and positive, dedicated to achieving high results in the commercial and customer experience domains.
To be successful, you have excellent time management skills, a strong command of your language both written and spoken, and proactive in seeking commercial opportunities.
Background in retail, hospitality, CRM or customer support are added value to this role.
You must be able to demonstrate the following key capabilities:
· Computer literacy
· Written and verbal communication skills at native level of Italian, plus French and English
· Target-oriented attitude
· Affinity with luxury customer experience
· Team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
· Receptiveness to feedback and development opportunities
