Internal Communications & Events Coordinator (Long-term Temporary Role)

Cartier is looking for an Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Temporary Coordinator to plan and orchestrate and support employee initiatives and communications across Cartier North America that are in line with the Maison’s values of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as our shared mission of creating a positive and fulfilling work environment.

 

This individual will work to organize employee activations and events that enhance the internal culture and wellbeing at Cartier, in addition to events for the Cartier Communities Days program – companywide days dedicated to charitable giving and volunteering – for Cartier North America’s 1000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada.

 

This role will also focus on employee communications across all channels supporting the Director of Internal Communications with company-wide communications and town halls. They will contribute articles to the company intranet and support in drafting materials for leaders such as internal social media posts, talking points and FAQs for key initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Work on general employee engagement opportunities and celebrations to foster a sense of belonging at community in the New York office, Boutique and CRC locations.
·  Draft key internal communication materials focused on our People Priorities. Work on the weekly Employee News Digest and articles for Cartier Connect, the company intranet.
·  Support in drafting materials for leaders, including internal social media posts, talking points and FAQs for key initiatives.

 

·  Organize logistics and coordination for employee volunteer events and corporate giving opportunities

·  Support on competitive analysis, research, admin tasks including send-outs, and employee distribution list management

 

·  Ability to handle, plan and execute different tasks for multiple employee events simultaneously, while communicating with key stakeholders throughout the process

Qualifications:

·  Impeccable organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail

·  Ability to report to the office 4 days week, or as needed

·  Great collaborator who can also work autonomously on event details and provide status updates
