Internal Communication Manager, Swiss Sites

CONTEXT ( Maternity Cover August 2025 - March 2026)
We are searching for a dynamic and bi-lingual (FR/EN) communication professional for a short-term assignment within our Swiss Sites organization. With a diverse internal communication landscape, this business partnering communication manager will work with a range of stakeholders from Richemont’s Swiss Sites, supported by a small team, to enable messages to resonate with these diverse and particular audiences.
Able to work independently and take decisions based on best practice knowledge and expertise, the role holder will manage a complex communication agenda, and will be required to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Is responsible for managing the holistic engagement and communication of Richemont Swiss wide audiences, with a focus on information relevant for Swiss site colleagues.
· Works in close relationship with key stakeholders at the sites including Site Directors, Swiss HR, Local IT and Security teams.
· Oversees the use of Viva Engage as a core peer-to-peer channel for communication activities and the fostering of community spirit, for the Swiss communities.
· Editor in Chief for Swiss news, with responsibility to ensure publication, deadline and content standards.
· Produces analytics for the Swiss communication remit to ensure constant optimization of content type, frequency and distribution channel.
· Works in liaison with the Group Internal Communication Digital team to maintain the intranet for Swiss sites (including updating site information, technical maintenance and enhancements)
· Works in close coordination with the Swiss Campuses director with whom he/she has a functional reporting line
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Builds strong and professional working relationships with the Site Management teams, and works seamlessly with all internal stakeholders
· Drives the Swiss communication engagement agenda, designed together with site management. Ensures the coordination of this agenda and its implementation across Switzerland to a high standard
· Establishes the communication methodologies in line with audience needs, ensuring coverage of communication for office staff, manufacture and boutique staff accordingly (liaison with Richemont Europe Swiss Comms organization for boutique coverage)
· Successful leadership of a small team
