Job description
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Communication Executive Intern will work in close collaboration with the Head of Communication and support the Events, PR and Content departments to ensure impeccable execution of a large variety of projects, according to the Maison’s standards while being relevant to the local market.
MAIN RESPONSIBIITIES
PRESS & PUBLIC RELATIONS
· Support PR Manager in executing the Maison’s press and public relations activities, both on local and international levels: press requests, press photo and video shoots, celebrities and talents collaboration management.
· Support PR Manager before, during and after events to ensure maximum press and celebrities coverage.
· Help interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to reach the right target audience and assign them to relevant local initiatives and projects to promote the Maison, its creations, services and campaigns.
· Manage press and celebrities treatments for special occasions.
· Participate in the planning and execution of press trips to regional and international events.
· Coordinate projects with the various departments at Cartier Headquarters (HQ).
· Prepare reports and coordinate with agencies to consolidate them.
EVENTS
· Support in the development of events creative concepts and participate actively in brainstorm sessions.
· Coordinate and execute events, meetings and site inspections, setups, and work closely with the Events Manager from the initial planning stage through execution and follow-up.
· Assist in the coordination of events logistics and implementation (venue selection, vendor management, catering, entertainment, invitations, transportations, guests accommodations...).
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the events are executed smoothly and up to the highest standards of excellence.
· Follow up to respect events timelines and checklists.
· Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and make recommendations for improvements for future events.
MEDIA
· Help on monthly campaigns implementation by collaborating with HQ & Content teams to provide approved advertising captions in alignment with local direction for all media touchpoints (Print, DOOH, OOH, Facebook, Instagram, SEM, Line Ad, Line Display, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedin and any other new advertising formats)
· Monitor and update the team for any key media trend/insight (especially relevant for younger generations).
· Support in campaign assets management by coordinating needs from agencies and internal digital platforms..
· Assist in media reports, presentations, brief files when assigned.
· Assist in following up with vendors and coordinate with Richemont accounting team for any expense queries and any related SAP tasks.
CONTENT
· Manage the Cartier Thailand Line account monthly content calendar under the supervision of the Assistant Content Manager: liaise with HQ on contents and their schedule, ensure posting, provide assets to the agency, suggest new ideas to improve performance and engagement, prepare monthly reports.
· Assist PR and Content for all photo and video shoots: attend Magazine cover shoots with celebrities, coordinate shoots with agencies, support post-production phase and approval process.
· Support with Cartier.com website content in collaboration with Digital team.
· Support with E-Direct Marketing campaigns (emailings) in collaboration with Digital and CRM teams.
KEY COMPETENCIES
· Degree in Marketing & Communication
· Experience in project management
· Out-going personality, good at creating and maintaining strong relationship with internal teams, suppliers/ publishers/ press / celebrities.
· Creative spirit
· Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Must be a self-starter, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
· Excellent English and Thai communication skills (written and spoken). French is a plus.
