WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Reporting to the E-business director, you will manage the CRC boutiques of each regions/markets focused on engagement and driving conversion whilst delivering the highest quality of client service.
In this function, you will:
-Run the business model for the CRCs. You will manage technical, design and business needs to deliver a relevant and inspirational client experience.
-Lead and support the deployment of new CRC projects to improve customer satisfaction, business impact and efficiency.
-Support the CRC teams across regions/markets in order to adapt and localize the worldwide strategy. You will supervise our ambassador are well trained and aware of initiatives.
-Ensure the CRC systems & tools roadmap roll-out and provide support on change management.
-Track, analyze and understand all details of business performance globally.
-Manage a team of 2 people and be an ambassador about the CRC function.
