Supply Chain Planner - Maternity Cover

Job description

For our Headquarter offices based in Milan, we are looking for a brilliant Supply Chain Planner, who will directly report to the Head of Group Production Planning of our internal Atelier in Milan.

 

Do you match this profile?

 

·  Diploma/Economics Degree; 
·  At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position gained in structured organizations (preferably in fashion / luxury);
·  Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, PPT) and SAP S/4HANA;
·  Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines regularly;
·  Attention to detail, able to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines;
·  Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken);
·  Problem solver, multitasking;
·  Planning and organization skills;
·  Positive and proactive attitude;
·  Ability to work under pressure;
·  Flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment;

What do we expect from you?

 

·  Liaise with Commercial Department for collecting requests and needs about products orders
·  Manage the Production planning & the Supply Chain planning of the external production
·  Creation of the orders in the systems, concerning the external suppliers
·  Monitoring and keep tracking of commercial requests and orders (via MRP SAP)
·  Monitoring and checking the external production progress
·  Provide support in the management of the external suppliers
·  Deal with the external suppliers for the estimates/quotes of production orders
·  Deal with Customer Service Department to meet customer requests, based on periodic checks of the orders
·  Maintain updated and accurate reports and analysis & Perform data entry in the Systems
·  Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
