PIA - Operations Executive (5m maternity cover)

Job description

Main Responsibilities

· 
Monitor and manage all stock level in HK/MO

· 
Provide detail plan of weekly stock allocation from HQ and between retail and wholesale

· 
Provide sales and stock reports for line manager

· 
Support boutique and wholesales daily operations and request

· 
Coordinate with different support functions on a daily basis, such as CS, logistics and security

Requirements

· 
Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 2 years of experience

· 
Experience in merchandising and luxury exposure preferable

· 
Creative, analytical, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· 
Fluent of both English and Chinese

· 
Good excel and powerpoint skills required
