MAIN PURPOSE

As our Retail Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Retail Operations team of 2 people. Throughout this internship, you will be helping on diverse tasks and projects, often in direct contact with our stores. You will gain a good understanding of how Retail Operations supports smooth and efficient operations in our boutiques – how we communicate with them, how we avoid stock losses, how we measure their performance etc. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to discover all the other aspects of Luxury Retail.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of Stock

·  Setting up meetings coordination for Stock community
·  Preparing the counting sheets for boutiques

Management of Uniforms

·  Fulfiling store needs and managing the stock
·  Coordination of communications to/from Boutique

Retail calendar

·  Daily briefings
·  Monthly dashboards to run and print out
·  Rota to collect and send to the CRC
·  Consolidation of information sent to boutiques
·  Setting up access profile to DARE (POS system) for newcomers

Management of client cards

·  Scanning of client cards
·  Checking the information from client cards against the information entered in DARE and correcting/enriching as necessary
·  Attaching client card to client profile in DARE

 

YOUR PROFILE

·  As an ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:
·  Effective interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to multitask and understanding of task-tracking
·  Detail-oriented focus in your approach to work
·  Competence in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
·  Competence with numbers
·  Fluency in English
·  Professionalism in your appearance as adhoc presence in the boutiques will be required
