Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

 

Responsible for perform high quality repairs according with company’s standards. In the time and cost estimated.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Develop repair estimates following Cartier policy & guidelines
·  Performs high quality repairs (review repair request and validate spare parts to be used) for the assigned brand and deliver in the time assigned based on Leadtime. Quality and Productivity Metrics.
·  Perform final check and pack the repair prior deliver to customer / BTQ
·  Quality control incoming spare parts from suppliers (platform).
·  Responsible to communicate repair incidences to Workshop Manager.
·  Assist BTQ with inventory and special projects as needed.
·  Responsible to follow Group policies related to used spare parts disposal.
·  Strong communication with Boutique SA / Director + Platform Workshop Manager.
·  Capable of manage Diagnosis information in RCS Registration system named SAP, also to be able to handle Excel / Word Files / Brand portal website.
