Your mission

The Retail Global Lead International Business Unit  H/F will report to the IBU DERMO COSMETIC PERSONAL CARE BUSINESS HEAD

Main Mission :

The Global DCPC Retail Lead is responsible for driving retail excellence across international markets within the International Business Unit of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre. This role focuses on enhancing in-store visibility, optimizing pricing strategies, managing trade terms, and ensuring effective implementation of in-store guidelines and planograms. The Global DCPC Retail Lead will also support category management and the creation of Joint Business Plans with key accounts, while ensuring that sales teams are equipped with best-in-class incentive plans and clear in-store priorities.

Responsibilities:

· 
Retail Excellence: Ensure optimal in-store visibility, availability, and recommendation by pharmacists and store personnel. Oversee the deployment and usage of the new in-store tracker tool across most markets.

· 
Pricing: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

· 
Gross to Net Trade Terms: Manage and optimize trade terms to ensure favorable gross-to-net outcomes.

· 
In-Store Guidelines and Planograms: Develop and enforce in-store guidelines and planograms to ensure consistent and effective product placement.

· 
Shelf Space Management: Ensure that the share of shelf space is equal to or greater than our value market share.

· 
Category Management: Support the creation of Joint Business Plans with key accounts to drive category growth and performance.

· 
Sales Incentive Plans: Design and implement best-in-class sales incentive plans to drive the performance of sales representatives.

· 
Sales Network Efficiency: Ensure an effective and efficient network of commercial sales representatives in the markets.

· 
In-Store Priorities: Communicate and deploy clear in-store priorities to sales teams in the markets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Improvement of in-store visibility.

Improvement of offline market share.

Enhancement of shelf space in terms of quantity and quality.

Optimization of Gross to Net (G2N) metrics, including mix and pricing.

Compliance with global in-store guidelines developed by the global Retail DCPC BU team.

Increased recommendation levels by pharmacists and store personnel.

Who you are ?

Profile Sought:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the dermo-cosmetics or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of in-store visibility, pricing strategies, and trade terms.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales incentive plans.

Strong analytical skills to track and improve key performance indicators.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams and key accounts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
