Your mission
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Leadership:
· Define and execute the integrated business strategy for the Innovative Oncology portfolio to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
· Provide strategic direction for both Braftovi /Mektovi (BRAF-mutant metastatic colorectal cancer + Melanoma) and Nerlynx (HER2+ breast cancer) brands.
· Prepare the launch of Braftovi Mektovi for lung indication and also line expansion in the coming future.
· Team Management:
· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, including Sales (2 District Managers, 7 Sales Representatives) and Marketing (2 Product Managers).
· Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance management standards for team members.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Sales Management:
· Oversee district sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies and field force activities.
· Analyze sales data and market dynamics to identify areas of opportunity and implement corrective actions when needed.
· Partner closely with District Managers to ensure optimal territory management and customer engagement.
· Marketing Oversight:
· Provide strategic guidance and support to Product Managers to develop and execute brand plans, marketing campaigns, and launch strategies.
· Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and field execution.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global/Regional Teams to ensure holistic brand and portfolio success.
· Partner with Market Access team to support reimbursement strategies and real-world evidence initiatives.
· External Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key customers, and strategic partners.
· Represent the company at important congresses, symposia, and customer events.
· P&L and Budget Responsibility:
· Manage the budget for the Innovative Oncology portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient resource allocation.
· Monitor performance and drive financial discipline and ROI maximization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
· 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3+ years in Oncology and 3+ years in team leadership roles (Sales Manager, Product Manager, Marketing manager).
· Demonstrated success in managing both Sales and Marketing teams.
· Proven track record in launching and growing specialty/oncology brands.
· Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills.
· Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
· Well connected to oncology KOL and HCPs, CRC and BC particularly.
· High proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
