Your mission

1 POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT

1 Responsible for carrying out QRVI activities required to support the growth and safety of Pierre Fabre’s dermo-cosmetic business in Australia and New Zealand.

2 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1 Regulatory This role is responsible for all regulatory activities pertaining to the dermo-cosmetic business in Australia and New Zealand, such as but not limited to:

2.1.1 Assess new products and changes to products for compliance with applicable Australian and New Zealand regulations (eg Australian Consumer Law) and propose solutions to achieve or improve compliance and marketability;

2.1.2 Assess communication tools (eg marketing, sales, training and educational material) for compliance with applicable Australian and New Zealand regulations (eg Australian Consumer Law) and propose solutions to achieve or improve compliance and marketability;

2.1.3 Assess & monitor introduction of new cosmetic ingredients in accordance with local regulations (AICIS and TGA in particular), prepare and monitor any submission required;

2.1.4 Provide advice to other Pierre Fabre departments, in Australia, in France or elsewhere, about Australian and New Zealand Regulatory requirements

2.1.5 Monitor applicable regulatory agencies and regulations, and Industry association to inform relevant company stakeholders of regulatory changes including AICIS, the TGA and APCO.

2.1.6 Prepare, implement and monitor required written processes (SOPs, Work Instructions, training, etc) pertaining to Cosmetic Regulatory matters.

2.1.7 Train relevant PFA personnel to Cosmetic Regulatory requirements in the region

2.1.8 Prepare, implement and monitor required written processes (SOPs, Work Instructions, training, etc) pertaining to Cosmetic Information.

3. POSITION CONTEXT AND ISSUES

This position ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures, and with the scientific evidence. It brings support to PFDC commercial operations in Australia and New Zealand from a QRVI point of view.

4. DIMENSIONS

The primary aim of this role is to bring support to the PFDC business in Australia and New Zealand.
