SUMMARY:
Pierre Fabre is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and well-organized Supply Chain professional to support Supply Chain Operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through Pierre Fabre’s supply chain to ensure patient supply.
The role will be responsible for overseeing inventory reconciliation, Technical Operations end-to-end financial process, and helping to move product within the Pierre Fabre network.
This will be a contract position until the end of year, 2025.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Tech Ops financial process
· Support the Technical Operations monthly financial reconciliation process, including, but not limited to, invoice/purchase order allocations, assist in calculating accruals/reservations, monthly financial monitoring.
· Align the Technical Operations forecast with financial actuals to create an accurate YTD summary.
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of the purchase request and purchase order process.
· Aide in creating new supplier accounts and maintenance of current accounts.
· Manage EU commercial inventory (Resupply and Patient inventory/orders)
· Coordinate all aspects of the depot resupply process, including, but not limited to inventory reservations, material requests, and disposition of product at the final destination.
· Help manage commercial orders by controlling inventory shipment allocations and patient inventory reservations.
· Help to organize data for the patient/inventory matching process.
· US Inventory Reconciliation
· Perform GMP inventory and sampling inventory reconciliation at partner locations (CDMOs and distribution depots).
· Network Shipping Admin
· Coordinate material requests for finished goods, intermediate, and sample shipping to the depots or partner sites.
· Complete all cGMP documentation.
· Other supply chain duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required and 5 years of minimum experience
· Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain experience, with emphasis on planning, inventory and logistics management
· ERP/MRP experience preferred
· Microsoft Dynamics and AX2012 experience is a plus
· Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and/or APICs/ASCM certificate preferred
· Experience managing cross-functional teams both internally and externally
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Well organized with right first-time orientation

PAY TRANSPARENCY: This position offers a salary range of $115,000- $150,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation time, a 401k plan, and opportunities for professional development.
