Your mission

(CUSTOMER PRICING)

The objective of the pricing department is to improve the profitability and perception of brand value by managing the price cascade in its entirety (consumer prices and distributor prices). Your role will be to optimize the dimension of distributor prices to improve the profitability of the group's dermocosmetic brands.

CONTROL OF TARIFF POSITIONING AND MARGIN:
In this context, you:
‒ Collect and analyze the sell-in data, the tariff cascade (from the tariff price to the 3Net price) and the profitability at the 3Net level
‒ Define the pricing strategy for brands by category, in particular by setting up minimum 3Net prices
‒ Maintain consistency between pricing policy and recommended retail prices
‒ Produce dashboards for monitoring pricing positioning and profitability and share monthly summaries of pricing performance with sales and financial teams

RECOMMENDATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRICE OPTIMIZATION PLANS AND COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS:
In this context, you:
‒ Transpose the analyzes into recommendations and corrective plans aimed at increasing the margin in % and absolute value
