Your mission
Business Intelligence Manager
The Business intelligence Manager will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions. This role involves working closely with all functions to understand their business insight needs, ensuring data source integrity, and delivering actionable insights that support business objectives. Further, to partner with marketing and medical functions to complement their planning process.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement BI strategies that align with business goals
· Collaborate with key functions and contribute to strategy and plan development through business insights
· Proactive and innovative approach to enrich market insights
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions and business functions
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
· Develop and enforce data governance and security policies
· Design, develop, and maintain appropriate dashboards, and reports
· Lead on all planning of revenue and supply forecast
· Evaluate potential of new assets, developing a recommendation analysis and report
· In collaboration with brand teams, inform and support the omnichannel customer engagement plan
· Support brand teams with their digital marketing strategy
· Lead on SFE with sales managers and BUD. Optimising use of OCE and effective use of Tableau reports
· Manage projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables
· Design, develop and manage PF UK & IRE microsite
· Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports
· Act as the AI Ambassador for the organization, empowering and guiding teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into their daily business operations
The Ideal Candidate
· Science or Business degree
· Experience in the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic industries within multinational companies, with a preference for those who have experience in both sectors
· Demonstratable knowledge of the external market and customer environment and the UK pharmaceutical industry / Consumer market
· Good knowledge of marketing, business and compliance processes, incl. ABPI Code of Practice
· Highly numerate and analytic skills with strong strategic vision
· Strong business and commercial acumen
· A strong drive to understand the information driving sales activity
· Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex or data driven information to less numerate or analytic colleagues
· Advanced use of MS Office
· Experience of development on analytics in Power BI and Tableau
· Stock management skills
· Good cross functional skills within the UK as well as Global teams to ensure execution of key projects
The Business intelligence Manager will also:
· Work to the highest ethical standards, as required by the company but also all applicable local and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to the ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice, Pierre Fabre Code of Ethics and Pierre Fabre SOPs.
· Maintain the professional image of Pierre Fabre Ltd in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
· Contribute to the development of processes, systems and working practices for Pierre Fabre Ltd both locally and internationally.
· The postholder will comply with timelines and procedures for reporting adverse events and must attend safety and PV update training as required.
