Your mission
Main missions
· Ensure activation of the marketing strategies and campaigns through local DISTRIBUTION & PROMOTION PARTNERS [named PARTNERS in the text], in accordance with Regional Lead & Regional Export Direction.
· Develop with PARTNERS market analysis, marketing plans, and 360° activation campaigns (HCP, Retail & Digital/Media) as well as budget forecasts and procurement vision.
· Work closely with PARTNERS to control and challenge the deployment and execution of the marketing campaigns and required investments.
· Collaborate with sales, supply, finance, brands, and regional teams to align marketing actions.
Who you are ?
Market analysis and competitive intelligence
· Centralize in-depth market data with and from internal departments, regions, and PARTNERS:
· qualitative data to assess the specific needs of local consumers and accordingly guide marketing strategy with PARTNERS,
· quantitative data to monitor the performance of PARTNERS in their market (sell-out, Market Share, Share of Voice, Net Promoter Score (NPS)…),
· Follow up the commercial performance through primary and secondary sales reporting, and market share analysis when available.
· Monitor trends, regulations, and business practices in targeted markets.
· Identify geo-economic threats and opportunities, benchmark competing trends and best practices.
· Contribute to the Export Marketing Platform (PF LIBRARY) and annual business book (4PFDC) with the support of the marketing assistant.
· Develop, implement, and monitor cross-functional projects within the region, promote and facilitate Best Practices sharing.
Execution
· Deploy and adapt our marketing and digital strategy defined with Regional Lead DCPC and in coordination with Regional Export Direction & Areas Managers.
· Co-construct with the PARTNERS local marketing plans ensuring an adapted deployment of the marketing strategies defined by the brands. Those plans must be aligned with budget defined in the contracts with PARTNERS.
· Train, guide, and support all PARTNERS departments involved in brand activation. Provide an operational support for the deployment of the campaigns on all touch points (digital, media, retail off and online, HCP, medical)
· Assist the PARTNERS in the event of launch, taking part in distributor PR visits in France, international congresses, internal meetings.
· Ensure the respect of brand image and other marketing guidelines.
· Ensure frequent follow-up of the implementation and the compliance of the marketing plans & linked investments as planned in the contracts.
· Organize and animate meetings dedicated to PARTNERS in collaboration with the DCPC Regional Lead (Annual convention, workshops, online meetings …)
Adjust portfolio according to local need and available portfolio, either to launch or to rationalize products.
