Your mission

Guarantee the reliability of the reference files: products in campaign (price, codes, recommended selling prices, availability dates...), assortments (creations, changes, breaks, stops, setting up of mandate contracts...), etc..., set up the queries and follow the stocks of the campaign elements and launch of innovations, promotions
Ensure the update of information on products in campaign (price list, codes, recommended selling prices, availability dates)
Be in direct contact with all of our suppliers, service providers, agencies and printers; ensure compliance with proposed rates, manage quotes and invoices.
Create purchase requests and integrate invoices into the purchasing tool.
Ensures the availability of campaign tools (products, documentation, etc.) and sends allocations to teams/clients.
Ensure the follow-up and the sending of the Challenge rewards to the points of sale.
