Position: Financial Planning and Control Plant Manager

 

Location: Areal/RJ

Manage all activities related to the financial and accounting control of the industry. Plays a crucial role in the company’s financial management, contributing to its sustainability and growth.  

· 
Expected proficiency in finance and accounting, industrial costs, management tools (ERP), standards and regulations (IFRS, GAAP, etc.) and data analysis / tools.  

· 
Good leadership and team management skills.  

· 
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to different audiences, including senior management.  

· 
Strong problem-solving ability to develop practical and efficient solutions.  

· 
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment and regulations. 

· 
Responsible for managing financial planning, cost analysis, internal control and compliance, as well as preparing detailed financial reports and supporting strategic decision-making.

· 
Also leads the controllership team and ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the company’s financial processes.

Who You Are?

What We expect from You:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;

· 
Postgraduate degree in related areas;

· 
Fluent English;

· 
Experience in the industry;

· 
Knowledge of Power BI.
