Job Description:
· Support the oncology insights and market data strategy for Pierre Fabre’s portfolio, including Melanoma, Breast Cancer, and Epstein-Barr Virus–Positive Posttransplant Lymphoproliferative Disease (PTLD).
· Collaborate with global brand teams to understand their strategic priorities.
· Assist marketing teams by delivering relevant insights and acting as an analytical partner.
· Work in coordination with other analysts dedicated to related therapeutic areas.
· Manage multiple oncology projects, ensuring timely delivery of analyses.
· Partner with marketing, finance, medical, and other departments within Pierre Fabre.
· Contribute to the evaluation of external business development opportunities and provide market insights for early pipeline and in-line products.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Team Contribution:
· Participate in developing the Business Insights team’s processes.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in planning and performance processes.
Strategic Insights Generation:
· Conduct market research to understand the oncology landscape and patient needs.
· Synthesize various data sources to guide decision-making for Pierre Fabre’s oncology pipeline.
· Animate ideation and data gap analysis workshop
· Contribute to generating actionable insights to support oncology launches and in-line product strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
· Support the development of forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards for oncology product performance reports.
· Work closely with Franchise and countries to get an alignement on key figures and performance metrics
· Track KPIs influencing commercial forecasts and identify performance deviations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or marketing insights, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with exposure to oncology.
· Basic understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment landscapes.
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., sciences, business, healthcare).
· Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
