We currently have an opportunity to join the Quaker Oats team as a Weighbridge Operator on Day shift at our Forrestfield site!

 

Details

·  Location: Forrestfield
·  Day Shift: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
·  Permanent Full Time
·  Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include

·  Plan, organise and control the day to day functions of the Weighbridge and Silo Storage Area 
·  Be responsible for the receival of all incoming grain, operation of the weighbridge and the record all grain and finished product movements
·  Monitor and control the quality of incoming grain, carrying out quality checks. Report any quality issues to the QA Department
·  Undertake on-going Operational Preventative Maintenance on oat recievals and storage equipment
Qualifications

Requirements for the role include

·  Experience in Production (Agriculture, Food, Grain Handling industries preferred)
·  Good communication, people management and problem-solving skills
·  Understanding of GMP requirements and work standards
·  Current Forklift operator certificate (or willing to obtain)
