Job Description

This is a Europe Sector role in charge of implementing a common Europe VMI solution across most of European markets with VMI request. This team will be responsible for expanding and migratiing solutions already running within two main channels: Organized Trade and Distributors

System implementation will leverage Pro-link template and the objective of this team will be to assure JDA will provide the right functional and system solution, manage readiness required to deploy, lead the set-up of the new organization and change management and deliver the post go-live support. This deployment should require a budget of 14,7MM$ and handle a broad and cross-functional team partially shared with Pro-link 2.0 implementation team.

System and organization implementation should be set-up successfully to capture 110MM$ - ten years productivity and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role will secure efficient business processess making sure that the data are always complete and in good quality and solve asap all the data issues with the involved parties; solve all data related issues quick & efficiently and guide all involved parties/ stakeholders towards resolution.

Accountabilities:
This role will lead data management in VMI implementation across all European markets. This deploy will have two clear roles:

· 
Data Quality Maintenance/Sustain activities

· 
Monitor Europe VMI data quality results (Data Error Handling tool) scoping E2E data flow, data input from customer (data integration platform) to JDA / ERP systems and data output from JDA to customer, follow up with the MUs on the gaps mitigations

· 
Lead/Support customer data meets VMI PepsiCo requirements

· 
Act as the key user of GDQ tool, maintain exceptions list within the tool based on the data supplied by the MUs.

· 
Improve existing DQ solution through the development of new Data Quality checks

· 
Lead/Support defect fixing on JDA Data issues

· 
Update/Maintain key documents on data

· 
VMI implementation support:

· 
Support SCP Data Management processes, agenda, and deliverables within VMI implementation community in full synchronization with project phases.

· 
Support customer data integration

· 
Support on preparation and presentation in data Workshops & follow-up on open data requirements detected in Data Integration Workshops

· 
Gather and consolidate the Data Collection Sheets from customers and markets, check for consistency according to the JDA rules and follow up.

· 
Update the Data Collection Sheets template based on the new functional requirements

· 
Share milestones on the different data activities with the local markets

· 
Weekly meeting with the markets to request Data based on Data Collection Sheet

· 
Review and support to the markets once they provide the Data Collection Sheet

· 
Sales History Analysis before Load the History to JDA

· 
Support Data Load for SIT, UAT and Go Live

· 
Error handling analysis and coordination with the markets to solve the detected issues.

· 
Support Data Quality Rules execution and fixing

· 
Update Master Data Toolkit with new requirements

· 
Report on JDA Data status for the status weekly meeting

· 
Coordination with DP/SP/IO teams for data integration

· 
Support the maintainance & adaptation of all tracking tools according to project’s requirements in order to provide accurate status details to data owners and stream leaders.

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering or alike

· 
At least two years experience in in therequired position or similar

· 
Highly appreciated background in supply chain planning specifically

· 
Highly appreciated background and experience in JDA software

· 
Required experience managing multi-markets teams
