Responsibilities
· The overall managing Quality, Costs, Service and People with the aid of technicians and operators across all shifts
• Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the Utilities equipment with-in given ReCon, Pep+ engineering,
safety and food safety standards.
• Adhere to all technical problems within the area of responsibility and make sure proper actions are identified and
taken and support other areas supervisors if needed.
• Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are being adhered to.
• Maintain and implement AIB & Food Safety standards.
• Identify opportunities, support initiatives and encourage his team to improve RM, FG, production and engineering
processes in conjunction with relevant personnel to improve sustainability, quality, productivity, enhance safety
or drive down costs.
• Ensure that spending is in line with the department budget and direct manager directions.
• Daily reporting of all shift activities.
• To implement, sustain and participate in the continuous improvement of the EH&S Management System (MS) at
area of responsibility in accordance with the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring
proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EH&S targets are
achieved.
• To implement, reinforce, guide and follow up with the equipment condition monitoring tactics and resulted
action plans execution.
• To evaluate and identify the root causes of major and repetitive equipment breakdowns to build, assign and
execute action plans for future reoccurrences prevention.
• Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity
• Deploy strategies in reliability that build maintenance and technician capabilities
• Develop a team to handle day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
• Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line shifts

• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills through leading meetings, facilitating meetings, and
preparing written plant communications
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure their continued capability growth
• Identify and implement capital projects of significant complexity that improve Utilities readiness, equipment
reliability and reduce water, energy, and waste
· Experience with reading mechanical drawings (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics).
· Experience with pneumatics (solenoids, cylinders, motor brakes, reading, troubleshooting).
· Experience with pneumatics/air compression (e.g., valves, cylinders, etc.).
· Experience with electronics (e.g., level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, etc.)
Qualifications
· Degree /BSc in electrical, mechanical, electronic or Instrumentation engineering with minimum three years
industrial (FMCG) experience and/or Diploma of the mentioned majors with minimum of 5 – 10 year Experience
· The person should be a self-starter with innovative technical abilities and leadership skills.
· Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification)
· Understanding of PLC programming preferred
· Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
· Effective mentoring, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
· Malfunctions and technical troubleshooting ability
· Capable of organizing planned activities
· Can evaluate technical capabilities and assign duties
· Can coordinate interaction between different departments
· Can lead modifications and projects planning and execution
· Able to do independent testing and activate installations
· Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge
· Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge
· Have good knowledge in using SAP-PM (CMMS)

· Have a good to excellent knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications).
· Have good to excellent command of English language (written and Spoken).

· Experience with RO water treatment, advanced water recovery technology, CIP, cooling tower, and reuse water
systems preferred.
· Ability to conduct assessments and audits and evaluate to measure progress
· Agile and flexible in tolerating changes and accepting new ideas
· Have knowledge in operating and automation systems
· Can draw up technical policies and long-range plans
· Asset Utilization (Understands the relation Maintenance and availability)
· Can track and analyze costs, expenses and assets management
· Can prepare and develop preventive maintenance schedules and programs
· Support water usage ratio and electrical usage ratio to drive the plant sustainability agenda and KPI’s
· Able to do and supervise mechanical works independently
· Able to do and supervise electrical works independently
· Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays)
· Experience with electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting)
· Experience with product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs).
· Experience with schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays).
· Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns).
· Experience with troubleshooting (e.g., diagnostics, problem solving, etc.).
