Overview
Lead all GTMS operations for PCE & CFI nationwide with full accountability on system performance, troubleshooting & sustainability
Responsibilities
· Responsible for GTMS system operations in terms of input & output to ensure system performance as per business requirement for Po1
· Lead on Troubleshooting for all GTMS related issues & communicate system issues with global Sector, IT & SAP team
· Supervision & final accountability on all GTMS Admins and deliver all the needed trainings on gTMS system usage.
· Create and establish full proof system of operations to achieve maximum productivity and ensure maximum potential benefits are acquired from the software
· Evaluates & Reports to the Sector system performance and sustainability
· Monitor daily system performance in regards to optimization accuracy
· Analyze actual execution in partnership with Deployment Supervisors and explore opportunities for enhancements
· Responsible to create , update and upload all GTMS related data on TMON and ERG platforms Daily
· Act as Super-user for the system in terms in knowledge capture, transfer & administration
· Accountable to track and ensure all automatic payment cycles are correctly achieved by SAP & GTMS and to solve any error logs and reports daily cost to Deployment Managers
· Follow up with Distributors Plans (Sales Orders) and upload into TMON with a full optimization and full tracking.
· Daily validation between SAP & Global Transportation Management System operations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree or any equivalent degree
· Minimum experience 0-3 years in logistics deployment & transportation
· System user (Ability to use SAP, sales buzz and data base)
· Well written & spoken English
· Excellent Microsoft Skills
