Job description
Обязанности:
·      Accountable for successful integration and transition of new SC Transportation services based on the process transition plans and meeting all defined SLAs and KPIs as per the road-map;
 
·      Periodically review the efficiency of delivery processes of the site and contribute to the development of global policies, procedures and processes based on process learnings and feedback; 
 
·      Work closely with BU SC stakeholders (Po1&Dairy) to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities. Align with stakeholders on GBS Supply Chain strategic business priorities such as AOP, Hub structure development, etc.
 
·      Perform annual, quarterly and other periodic budget planning in order to achieve the objectives of the SC RBS Transportation Tower;
 
·       Develop operational KPIs and objectives for the SC RBS Transportation Tower within the budget;
 
·      Conduct detailed monitoring and evaluation of financial and operational performance, using key lessons to develop the SC RBS Transportation Tower as a competitive advantage.
 
·      Ensure that the RBS work process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and productivity approach;
 
·      Provide a consistent level of service and be directly involved in the management and development of cost-effective operations within the SC RBS Transportation Tower, in very volatile and unstable market and sanctions environment:
 
o  Integrated delivery system (delivery methodology, routing, rented/own vehicles, vehicle loading, driver management);
 
o  Integrated fleet model (procurement support, repair and maintenance, body design and specifications, vehicle shop);
 
o  Operations in accordance with Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.
