Job description
Responsibilities
· Automate all excel file / requirements as provided by APAC Hub & Sector team
· Maintain library of automated artfacts
· Ensure sustainability by maintaining database of all codes, automations, users base, Machines
· Conduct maintenance task for already “Live” automations.
· End to End requirement gathering, solutioning, feasibility analysis and delivering automations.
· Perform ROI analysis, help in prioritization of automations
· Registering Idea in Idea Portal, until aligning & Sign off on VR from stakeholders/Hub/Sector teams.
· Support global automation/Simplification projects : Support global for all kinds of Simplification/ Automation projects
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Computer Science
· 7-8 years in Product developement including at least 2+ years in FP&A,
· Excellent in E2E requirement gathering, Feasibility analysis
· Proficient in Excel VBA/Macros, Python, SQL, PowerQuery, Office365 product suite, Alteryx and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
· Experienced in working with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP Business Objects and/or Salesforce.
· Experienced in working in an ERP upgrade or implementation project will be added advantage.
· Familiarity with Agile project management methodology.
· Strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills.
· Worked with cross functional and globally dispersed stakeholders to understand business outcome requirements.
· Able to work independently and takes initiative and capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously.
· Good Team player, Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience.
· Results oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
· Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met
