The main purpose of the PBNA IBP Transformation/ Adoption Director is to support the organization to manage the IBP process, digitalization and ways of working changes across the Sector, ensuring a smooth transition from current ways of working to the new Global IBP design
Responsibilities
The PBNA IBP Change (Adoption) Director will be accountable to: ·
· Work with key stakeholders across the project and organisation (Global and Local) to ensure consistency and alignment during the execution of the project’s activity plan relating to all elements of adoption; stakeholder management, change management, communications and capability (training)·
· Consult with and align project team members, business leaders (cross functional), HRBPs and CoE Leads (Global and Local) building strong stakeholder relationships resulting in credibility of adoption expertise to ensure all activities consider and analyse the people and process impacts of the change.
· Capture, analyze, validate change impacts (thorough functional teams), facilitate deployment of changes within the market, build and validate mitigation plan for changes, communicate with stakeholders on timely manner, track adoption·
· Oversee the capability agenda in line with deployment plan·
· Identify the participants of forums, training, system user access aligned with functional leads·
· Adapt Global playbooks for PBNA relevance (change, comms, capability) taking into consideration best practices from previous deployments·
· Stakeholder alignment to and deployment of the adoption plans; change, communication and capability across the project·
· Alignment to and deployment of any operating model and, or, roles and responsibilities changes to fit IBPs Global template
· Ensure that risks and issues are identified, managed and mitigated ·
· Drive, monitor and manage workstream delivery, ensuring key milestones are met and track progress through ADO and/or Clarity ·
· Share the adoption related ‘what went well and what can be improved’ during the deployment via Retrospective in ADO and/or Clarity ·
· Support project and business stakeholders on leadership and management activities in relation to the programme both for the project team and the identified stakeholder groups. ·
· Provide insight and analysis to project partners; Global e.g., Adoption team and Local e.g. Business Lead/HR Lead, on areas for improvement / capability gaps and other people related issues identified through adoption activities
· Manage adoption related interdependencies across workstreams within the project to ensure successful delivery of the project within the defined timing and budget ·
· Support the identification and management of other transformation initiatives to ensure a coordinated approach to communication and engagement for end users ·
· Ensure that systems, processes and practices reinforce the PepsiCo Values.
Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 - $226,600 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
· and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
· Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· Master’s Degree Preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development or related area·
· 10+ years leading change management for large-scale transformational programs in an organization with complexity of PepsiCo·
· Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management to deliver change readiness agenda
· Ability to influence especially in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results·
· Strategic thinker, can easily define long-term plans and rapidly translate into action·
· Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentations and media materials·
· Experience managing, developing and inspiring team members, especially across multiple geographies·
· Strong familiarity with water and agile project management·
· Some travel required (post-COVID environment)
