Work Schedule
Mon-fri 1st Shift
Responsibilities
This position has the following responsibilities. This person may be assigned other duties as required.
· Track and reduce carrier detention.
· Handling bills payable for traffic center and fleet.
· Backfill dispatch and payroll as needed.
· SAP functionality for department.
· Adjusting cube/pallet quantities for company fleet and carrier lanes.
· Verify TMS is sending the loads to the assigned carriers.
· Submitting repair tickets for carriers and working with fleet on company fleet OOS trailers.
· Schedule appointments from TMS to WMS, CPU’s from SAP to WMS, Inbounds from emails/SAP/WMS.
· Work with drop carriers to maintain trailer pool.
· Work with customer service to reschedule customer deliveries.
Hours: This position will work primarily be on 1 st shift, Monday through Friday 7-4 Overtime will be worked as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
•The expected compensation range for this position is between $32,700 - $52,350 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Qualifications
· 1-2 Years in a related field (transportation, logistics or dispatching).
· This position requires strong business and computer skills to include but not limited to Outlook, Excel , Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects, Frito Lay applications, and other programs.
· This position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, flexible work schedule to meet operational demands, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
