Job Description
The trade terms analyst is responsible for the day to day budget management, payment administration and accrual process of the Trade Terms agreements.
Accountabilities
· Responsible for the day to day management of rebates and ensuring payment administration of rebates agreements done in accordance to the contract. Key point of contact for Dutch speaking account teams to provide financial support on terms. Ensuring all conditions are timely approved and processed into the system
· Ensure a day to day close communication between shared service center and the local commercial organization (account management / sales support)
· Lead the timely payment and settlements of rebates to customers, and approval matrix has been followed
· Responsible of maintaining and stewarding sign-off of annual terms contracts (according to the governance)
· Ensure terms are correctly recorded into the system and reflecting the contract
· Responsible for the creation, maintenance and settlements of trade marketing budgets in SAP
· Ensure budgets are loaded in accordance with approved Plan, Forecasts
· Monthly settlements
· Responsible for data stewardship between commercial organization and central master data team on customer master data changes and promotional discounts
· Tracking of the non-resolved price claims (disputes), and ensure timely resolution on price claims
· Co-lead the review and monitoring of outstanding PO’s and responsible to process Non PO invoices
· Own the robust financial management of accruals recorded in SAP both for agreements that are current, and those that have been concluded
· Ensure SAP postings are in line with customer contracts
· Ensure accruals postings in TM according PEP policies
· Claims accrual in financials
· Support on KPMG audits
· Support on Global Control Standards
