Overview
The Talent Administrator contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada team by executing both, process-excellence and staffing initiatives with the goal to increase PBC’s potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Administrator will be accountable for the following i.e., back-end administrative recruitment, job postings, Position ID management, and the development of diverse sourcing methodologies for frontline roles.
This role is a 12 months contract.
Responsibilities
· Position ID management for national requisition lists i.e., this entails working closely with the HR Coordinators to understand end-to-end ID management.
· Liaise with both Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure that there is complete data accuracy at the front-end.
· Broaden the sourcing philosophy for front-line roles, to ensure that there is sufficient candidate generation across various geographies
· Posting jobs for frontline roles, with a focused effort on national co-op postings.
· Screening of candidates, to ensure that they fit the respective job specifications.
· Accountable for initiating the back-check process for candidates and communicating results with the TACs to ensure hiring speed.
Qualifications
· You have graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or Business as at December 2023.
· You are available to start work Full time immediately
· 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR specialist capacity
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
· Experience in tasks which involve a high level of execution
· Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation
· Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, and prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks
· Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive results
· Excellent interpersonal, organization, and written communication skills
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suit
