Overview

At Frito Lay Canada the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position contributes to the success of the HR team by executing full cycle staffing and recruitment initiatives and providing general human resources support where needed – changes, safety and organizational health.

Responsibilities

·  Lead full cycle recruiting, working with your client group on recruitment for salaried and frontline needs
·  Responsible for Summer Seasonal recruitment including forecasting, sourcing, staffing, and ultimately hiring summer students for the year’s busiest season 
·  Cross-functionally lead New Grad recruitment, leading campus events, attending job fairs and campus relations and management of campus network 
·  Develop candidate pools through managing the job postings and identifying new sources of hire, including being involved in social media channels to increase available quality candidate pool
·  Be a systems expert on iCIMS, maintain the flow of candidates via our application management system and dashboard reports and recruitment status updates/trackers
·  Ensure activities follow all provincial and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., ESA, Human Rights)
·  Lead full year Campus and Community engagement strategy

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
·  1 - 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
·  Experience searching recruitment databases, screening and interviewing candidates
·  Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation required
·  A definite team player
·  Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks
·  Excellent interpersonal, organization and written communication skills
·  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
·  Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
