Are you interested in a career in Talent Acquisition? Well, here at PepsiCo we’re on the lookout for a Co-ordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Reading, on a fixed-term contract until July 2020.

In this role, you’ll be providing a full recruitment administration service to our UK business. Day to day you’ll be posting adverts, arranging interviews, planning and facilitating assessment centers, administrating psychometric tests, dealing with queries, providing feedback to candidates and sending out external job offers. Yes, it’s a very busy job! It’s a non-stop, fast-paced role where there is always plenty to do.
Core responsibilities:
· Deliver a high-quality candidate experience to all PepsiCo applicants; ensuring that PepsiCo is always viewed as an Employer of Choice
· Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and web-based interviews within specified service level dedications
· Provide timely communication and counsel to applicants, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
· Participate in project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Talent Acquisition team forward
· Craft and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked,
· Provide support to candidates and Hiring Managers whilst interviews are taking place on-site at PepsiCo HQ
Qualifications/Requirements
· Proven administration and co-ordination experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
· Some exposure to applicant tracking systems is highly desirable but not essential.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Great communication skill – both for internal and external stakeholders
· Experience of organising meetings/events and co-ordinating diaries.
· A strong interest in developing a career in HR or recruitment.
· The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
