We are looking for a Supply planner to be based in Madrid. You will be responsible for a portion of the Beverages Supply Planning portfolio in Iberia, managing raw material planning & administration tasks for our Co Manufacturer.

Your Day To Day With Us

·  Raw material move planning: provide rolling forecast to our suppliers, create raw material orders, close communication with suppliers to ensure capacity & service.
·  Update & maintain our planning tool (JDA) in order to ensure the system is calculating correctly the needs of RM.
·  Projects follow up: Analyze impacts of projects (write offs, DOH…) in order to implement projects in the best cost/effective way.
·  Co Packing: Stock control of co packing SKU’s. Ensure stock availability of co packing sku’s.
·  Supply planning: Creation of call offs & Schedule receipts upload for our Co Manufacturers
·  KPI reporting: Plant adherence, stock availability…
·  Invoice management: Ensure correct invoicing from our Co Manufacturers, transportation, Co Packers…

Qualifications/Requirements

What will you need to succeed?:

·  Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field) or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress.
·  Fluent in English.
·  Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.
·  Track record of supply chain planning experience.
·  Strategic planning.
·  Ability to use iSCP processes and performance KPIs to maximize results, limit risk, and effectively influence others.
