Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
· Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
· Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast
· Analyze Supply Chain cost performance vs Plan and Forecast
· Perform analysis of different operations cost line items to drive insights
· Provide analytic support to help prepare for senior team reviews/meetings
· Develop and manage models, tools and reporting
· Provide guidance and oversite of Coordinator to ensure accurate financial processes
· Lead performance analysis and reporting for different cost line items
· Work on key cost saving initiatives to drive business and division performance
· Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights
· Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations functions on ad-hoc projects
· Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
People Responsibilities
· Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes
Qualifications
· Experience managing a P&L
· 3+ years of experience in finance and planning
· MBA preferred
· Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SDW, SAP, FPS, Business Objects, Essbase & TREE
· Tableau knowledge
· Strong excel skills
· Able to work independently and takes initiative
· Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
· Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
· Ability to function well in a team environment
· Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
· Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
