Responsibilities

We are looking to cover the role of Supply Chain Finance Analyst. 

 

·  Coordinating company’s departments for the annual or FCST budget, interpreting it on the main financial reports, such as P&L, Balance sheet and Operating Cash Flow. More specifically:
·  Coordination of all relevant departments for COGS and Logistics budget.
·  Coordination of all departments for the CAPEX program.
·  Preparation of the Hyperion/HFM reports, comparative full scale analysis and presentation to the management.
·  Monitoring the actual information per period, more specifically :
·  Monitoring of COGS and Logistics expenses.
·  Monitoring of CAPEX and generating Full Year Latest Estimations.
·  Preparation of PBRs and other periodical reports, on a comparative basis for management team and ESSA/Sector for Greece Beverages. Additionally on a monthly basis, present the internal PBR to internal departments peers.
·  Preparing P&Ls for products/channels with the cooperation of the related departments.
·  Informing the management with any exceptional financial (internal or external) issue. Gathering and following information about the microeconomic and macroeconomic environment.

Preparing Ad-hoc reports / requests for the management
