We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team based in Little Island Cork on a permanent fulltime basis.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The supply chain team are the lynch pin of operations ensuring the careful coordination of concentrate ingredients and recipes. The team works with our global plants, bottlers and Distribution Centres to ensure flawless supply execution for PepsiCo. Role Summary:

This is an exciting role in a dynamic and high performing team environment. This role will be key in supporting the execution of Supply Chain operations and business partnering on strategic initiatives. The purpose of this role is to provide analysis to support Global Supply Chain Operations programs around Inventory, Reserves, internal SC performance reporting and Global Supply Chain projects. Leveraging the data and technologies within PGCS, this role is key to building a platform from which performance improvement opportunities can be identified, monitored and reported across all PGCS plants.

Accountabilities:

·  Co-ordinate inventory activities, principally forecasting and performance management across the 10+ locations, this will be rolled into an enterprise level forecast and worked through quarterly reporting cycles with the Finance team
·  Develop and maintain Reserves & stock holding control tower. Develop reports & insights feeding plant alignment and specific actions
·  Develop Global metric suite around Productivity & Supply Planning by:
·  Partnering with the functions to articulate business requirements and translate requests into automated datasets
·  Develop data dashboards, graphs and visualisations to meet business requests
·  Executing standardization across plants
·  Lead system capability and training across global supply chain teams in technologies (such as Sequoia)
·  Design information packs for data requirements in strategic initiatives/projects

Essential Skills:


·  At a minimum, a third level qualification in Supply Chain/Finance or alternative relevant degree, with a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Operations and data analytics
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large FMCG operation
·  Strong track record of delivering results in an ever-changing environment
·  Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with ability to clearly articulate ideas and proposals to all levels of the organisation
·  Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a high pressure organization
·  Ability to work with all levels of management with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate and influence others – both up and down the organization
·  Strong presentation skills and techniques (Sharepoint, Powerpoint)
·  Experience in Tableau data analytics is a strong preference
