Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for manage the Field Control activities at the SDC, Lead the team supporting and looking for development of each one capabilities and manage through KPIs all activities as: frontline (receveing process), accouting, internal controls, policies and procedures. Ensure the accuracy of accounting, financial na tax information. Must work with the team as second line of defense to ensure that the internal controls meet the business needs, mitigating or anticipating eventual risks. Have to report and provide information for sênior leaders and must be the link between other áreas to improve processes and, work on cost/expenses reduction through initiatives that lead to transformation and can influence decision making. Work to find opportunities and continuous improvement acting as Field Control.

This professional is located at SDC, applying and enforcing corporate P&P, Sox and adherence to accounting principles, in addition to ensuring the execution of inventories, implementing compensatory internal controls to mitigate risks, ensuring the application of the GCS. Monitor the investments and controls of Fixed Assets, as well as the same, ensure the execution of the financial and administrative activities of the warehouse and the quality of the monthly analyzes of operating expenses, in addition to ensuring the weekly and monthly physical and financial closing.

Has the obligation to procede with presential technical visits to those CDVs to ensure people 1:1 and KPI reviews at least once a quarter, finished product inventory at least once a year.

 

Your Impact  

As Coordenador de Controladoria your responsibilities would consist of:

·  As Supervisor of the Sales Field Control area in the SDC, ensure the correct accounting record of the financial and administrative processes including the branches: formation, calculation and support of provisions.
·  Guarantee the weekly and monthly physical and financial closing, Remar transmission and the satisfaction of internal customers within the warehouse.
·  Interact with the Sales, Wharehouse, Logistics and Fleet areas, promoting synergy among all employees.
·  Ensure that the effective monthly and random cuts are carried out, according to the applicable schedule and P&P.
·  Ensuring the monitoring of the balance in the main current account of the Branch and the current account of the sellers requesting adjustments of the surplus and in the case of missing the immediate payment, as defined in P&P.
·  Ensure control and Legal documentation / Licenses of the website.
·  Structuring and managing the area's internal KPIs.
·  Ensuring the application / adoption of Corporate P&P through the implementation of efficient or compensatory internal controls with the objective of mitigating risks to the operation.
·  Provide the fiscal and accounting support to the operation, support the Audit, ensure the application of the GCS and the controls of fixed assets.
·  Monitor investment projects and control the Capex (Fixed Assets), Idle Assets and all fixed assets assets in the locality and that the processes adhere to the applicable P&P.
·  Ensure the closing of Capex by executing the investment through documentary and physical proof or partial registration of it, with the appropriate support for the beginning of the depreciation.
·  Work together with the Wharehouse area in the planning and execution of the processes involving the PA / Packaging / Vehicles inventories, ensuring that the entire process is in compliance with the current P&P and making the necessary accounting adjustments.
·  Responsible for documenting the inventory processes through their letters / reports, describing the accounting processes, adjustments and reflexes, and ensuring that the adjustments are in accordance with the approval level table.
·  Perform controls and monitoring of damaged, obsolete, low movement, FIFO breakage, etc. ..) through monitoring, preparation of supporting documentation and write-offs of inventories carried out on a daily basis and throughout the month.
·  Responsible for documenting the inventory processes through their letters / reports, describing the accounting processes, adjustments and reflexes, and ensuring that the adjustments are in accordance with the approval level table.

·  Ensure the execution of the monthly analysis of budgets and real expenses (current Vs. AOP) with the areas of the CDV (Administrative / Sales) elaborating an action plan to correct deviations, in addition to fully participating in the preparation of the AOP / Budget of the local website.
·  Ensure that all CDV receipt and billing transactions under your responsibility are operating within Pepsico's policies and procedures.
·  Support local inspection and participate in calls from the IRS, the Finance Department and other public bodies, as a representative and specific attorney for Pepsico in the region.
·  Direct team management with application of all HR-oriented processes.
·  Aditional Complexity add to this role is the Key User function for projects where it contemplates activities as represent Sales Field Control on scope definition, test scenarios and execution of development validation.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

·  Training in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or similar areas.
·  Experience in the administrative / financial area, preferably in consumer goods multinationals (preferably).
·  Experience in integrated systems, preferably in FAS.
·  Knowledge of the processes involving the administrative activities of a sales shed (preferably).
·  3 years of experience as a leader for controllership, costs or accounting.
·  Software Skills including office 365, Excel, Word e Power Point.
·  Leadership skill to lead a team to a high performing team.
·  Medium Level English (writing and speaking). Spanish is a plus.
·  Deep Knowledge in accounting, costs and internal controls.
·  Strong experience using FAS.
·  Key User ability and experience as FAS user in Internal Projects.
·  Excellent interpersonal relationships with peers, co-workers and managers from other countries and cultures once the ability to take strong decision is highly prized.
·  Hands-on
