Snr. Director, Supply Chain Service Delivery Lead, RBS, Нижний Новгород

Job description

Обязанности:

·      Partner with Global SC GBS Functional Lead to review the SC GBS strategy for the site: Service Delivery Model including the integration and combination or partition of Russia facing specific services and capabilities; process transition roadmap; SLA definition and service catalogue

·      Partner with the RBS Site GM : Contribute to the strategy, processes and standards for all SC Service Integration aspects: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes

·      Lead the RBS Site SC GBS team: Translate the related parts of the global SC GBS strategy into operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions 

SC Service set up

·      Expand to a fully operational SC shared service and capability organisaton in RBS within overall project timelines and deliverables

·      Ensure the site set up supports the GBS business case and latest Russia AOP/ Strat Plan assumptions

·      Identify, implement and track risk mitigation actions during transition and integration, working within the right escalation approach and ensuring proactive stakeholder comms.

·      Accountable for successful integration and transition of new SC services based on the process transition plans and meeting all defined SLAs and KPIs as per the road-map

·      Ensure that the RBS work process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and productivity approach
