Job Description
· Co-developing a comprehensive Category Growth Plan ( Snacks & Beverages ) using category management knowledge and specific PepsiCo insights.
· Provide input into channel and customer strategy in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Sales Activation and actively seek for opportunities for tailored solutions
· Contribute to building partner / win-win relationship with key OT customers and build PepsiCo category / shopper expertise vis a vis key Customers
· Interact with and take part in selected meetings to deliver the story to OT customers - JBP, WCCE
· Partner with Sales Activation, Revenue Management and Marketing to translate business performance issues and opportunities into shopper – related issues and opportunities for selected channels and customers
· Regularly activate existing and newly collected shopper information and ensure the company (Sales, Marketing and Sales Activation teams) is focused on right shopper-related questions
· Execute Shopper Research agenda for selected customers (HM), within given budget and agreed timings
· Direct, regular cooperation with KAMs in order to achieve PepsiCo targets with Key Customer
· Opportunity hunting: proactive seeking of potential chances and solutionsusing all available data sources as well as active observations
· Utilize findings from research and analytical tools provided to leverage them in cooperation with customers
· Lead cat man projects with Key Customers on snacks in local OT and co-lead projects on i nternational OT
· Prepare analyses and presentations on market trends, consumer/ shopper behaviors in snacks category. Drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
· Create merchandising standards for key OT customers for snacks category.
· Link marketing plans with action plans for the sales force
· Take part in the AOP process within the OT customers

Qualifications/Requirements
· Understand Sales (processes, metrics, KPI, etc.)
· Understand Channel trends and drivers
· Solid project management and leadership record, at least 2-3 years in managerial position
· Experienced in preparing and delivering selling stories to trade
· Fluent English
· University degree
· Excellent relationship building and savvy communication skills
· Excellent speaker and story-teller, proactive, curious
· Excellent presentation skills
· Empowerment and taking initiative
· Ability to co-operate cross-functionally
· Solid analytical skills
