Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Carrying out negotiations and supporting in the management of the Services Indirect category across Caricam. Follow-up PO deliveries (Maintenance of Outline agreements in SAP and catalogues in MyBuy), support in reports and audits, legal contract management, Supplier WFs in SAP, compliance with purchasing policies.
Identification of areas of opportunities both in savings and implementation of new processes, improvement of cash flow and P2P activities.
Your Impact
As Services Buyer Caricam your functions would consist of
· Lead procurement Caricam agenda for Services categories to guarantee the best options in the market.
· Support COE in the bidding processes according the needs of the business.
· Support given with market insights, defining business needs and a correct implementation.
· Support in the bidding process as MSO for Serivice category (under 7 step sourcing methodology).
· Generation of purchase orders/outline agreements in SAP, follow up until goods/services are delivered.
· Catalogue creation and maintenance in MyBuy.
· Analyze reports of POs and FV60 from SAP system to establish an action plan and make decisions regarding the category strategy (Spend visibility).
· Deliver 3 -7% of productivity year over year, building and supporting projects (more than 30 initiatives yearly). Create and monthly update of the productivity projects in PowerSteering.
· Creation and modification of suppliers in SAP and in MyBuy9. Ensure POs comply with GP Policies as part of SOX Controls
· Deliver cash flow improvement through payment terms extension – approach and negotiate with main suppliers, leading to 90-day-payment term.
· Set the right agenda with the Category Leadership and POC Team through periodically sessions, presenting developed strategies across the countries; category KPIs and monthly productivity results; best practices on plan execution; and a complete roadmap of the category at the CariCam level for the long term.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
· 3+ years of Procurement / Sourcing / Supply Chain experience in Food & Beverage and/or any kind of consumer goods business.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economy.
· Fluent Spanish (writing, speaking and listening) is mandatory; Intermediate English (writing, speaking and listening) is Mandatory
· High understanding of SAP, Ariba Cloud systems and P2P Governance and Controls.
· Relevant understanding of SOX audit and internal procedures as part of the risk analysis and compliance program.
· Be a transformational leader inside the organization – leading by influence and example – with peers, manager, stakeholders.
· Good understanding of procurement systems – spend visibility, contract management and spend capture tools.
· Be very focused on results, short and long term perspectives.
· Be innovative – new ideas will take us farther.
· Collaborate at any level inside the company.
· Challenge existing specifications and patterns in order to bring new solutions.
