Our HR Operations and Service Delivery Team

One of our key focus areas in this space is establishing an Enterprise Service Management Function with Service Now as the enterprise-wide service management platform for PepsiCo.
To support on the HR elements of this program, we are on the look-out for a ServiceNow Assistant Program and Project Manager to be part of our HR Operations Team. The person in this role will assist the program and project manager with all aspects of the program and projects through completion.
The role is based in our Krakow Business Centre.
Key Accountabilities:
· Support with the implementation of the case management, service-requests/workflows, electronic document management, knowledge management and chat(bot) workstreams for HR
· Co-develop project technical documentation/deliverables in line with business processes and requirements
· Co-develop “ways of working” materials for training and process standardization purposes
· Co-Develop project plans and manage project schedules
· Manage project timelines, coordinate resource allocation and personnel assignment
· Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
· Prepare weekly project status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
· Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule
· Focus on improving the customer experience and service delivery by demonstrating a customer centric mindset
· Collaborates with cross functional teams and external partners
Qualifications/Requirements
· 5-7 years relevant HR Ops/Service Delivery experience
· Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about HR service delivery and continuous improvement and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
· Systems implementation experience with a major HRMS (ideally Success Factors) and other HR systems
· Ability to analyse business processes & requirements and translate those into technical requirements/documentation
· Embody a process management orientation to ensure HR processes and transactions are designed to be executed successfully
· Experience in delivery following agile methodology (preferably SAFe)
· Must be highly organized, strong follow up skills and results oriented
· Demonstrate strong program oversight and project management capabilities/Experience in leading HR projects
· Interact and communicate effectively within a matrix business environment/organization
· Ability to quickly identify, analyze and evaluate problems and recommend and drive potential solutions.
· Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
